Biking Sanders Ferry - Tuscaloosa

 This is an easy biking near Tuscaloosa (pictures and video at the end). Length: 25.3 miles (out and back), 1 day Difficulty level: Easy, it's mostly flat (see the elevation profile)   Safety: This road is well known among bikers and locals. Mars at the closest distance to Earth

 Hunting for Mars, Mars is at the closest distance to Earth and it won't be this close again until 2035! So I went for a shot.  

Tiger lilly

These tiger lilies are so beautiful. They are too big for macro and colors and detals are breathtaking! Enjoy!

The macro nature

The nature in macro scale is amazing! Sometimes we forget to have a look at this small scale while hiking.

Stars above, the beauty of the night sky

The main advantage of remote wilderness is the night sky without any light pollution. Don't miss the sky while hiking and backpacking or camping in remote areas, especially if it is extremely cold and dry!
