 I start one shot a day challenge today. It's just at least one shot a day with the story of that day. It is like a diary, short and visual. -copying a lot of files and sorting them out. - Dream team night

Biking Sanders Ferry - Tuscaloosa

 This is an easy biking near Tuscaloosa (pictures and video at the end). Length: 25.3 miles (out and back), 1 day Difficulty level: Easy, it's mostly flat (see the elevation profile)   Safety: This road is well known among bikers and locals. Mars at the closest distance to Earth

 Hunting for Mars, Mars is at the closest distance to Earth and it won't be this close again until 2035! So I went for a shot.  

Tiger lilly

These tiger lilies are so beautiful. They are too big for macro and colors and detals are breathtaking! Enjoy!

The macro nature

The nature in macro scale is amazing! Sometimes we forget to have a look at this small scale while hiking.

Stars above, the beauty of the night sky

The main advantage of remote wilderness is the night sky without any light pollution. Don't miss the sky while hiking and backpacking or camping in remote areas, especially if it is extremely cold and dry!

Coffee on the trail, ultralight options for hiking and backpacking

I have seen many ultralight hikers ignore skip the coffee for the sake of the weight or many people go with instant packages which are more expensive and not very healthy sometimes. There are easy and light options to enjoy coffee. Pour in coffee with the luxury of coconut oil 1- Instant coffee: this is not my favorite option but it is fast, light and clean. 2- Cowboy coffee or bush coffee: This is the one of my popular ways to make coffee.  Basically I use the method by Morse Kochanski and it is surprisingly delicious method. Put ground coffee in the pot, add water and start heating up, boil for a minute and move away from the heat and pour cold water on top so coffee could sink.
